Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. We use bank transfer via Stripe Invoicing. You won't be charged during the 14-day trial period.

What happens after the trial ends?

Your trial automatically converts to a paid subscription ($3,000/month) unless you cancel before the trial ends. We use a post-payment model, so your first invoice will be issued one month after your subscription starts.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged. If you cancel after the trial, you'll have access until the end of your current billing period.

How does billing work?

N4D uses post-payment billing via Stripe Invoicing. You pay for the previous month's usage via bank transfer. Invoices are sent to your billing email on your subscription anniversary date.

Why do you need my billing information during signup?

Since your trial automatically converts to a paid subscription, we need billing information upfront to ensure seamless service continuation. This also allows us to operate with minimal support overhead.
