This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and subscription management for Next For Decision (N4D) services.
All new customers receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. During this trial period:
If you do not subscribe after your trial ends, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. You may reactivate your account within this period by subscribing to a paid plan.
N4D subscriptions are billed monthly at $3,000 per company per month using a post-payment model. This means you pay for the previous month's usage, not in advance.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel your subscription mid-month:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle—you will retain full access until then. Since we use post-payment billing, your final invoice will cover the complete billing period through your last day of access.
If payment is not received by the due date, your account access will be suspended. Service will be restored upon receipt of payment. Continued non-payment may result in permanent account termination.
If N4D experiences a service outage or technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, we may issue a refund or credit at our discretion based on:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
N4D does not offer the ability to pause or temporarily suspend your subscription. You must cancel your subscription and resubscribe when ready to resume service.
N4D offers a single pricing tier ($3,000/month per company). There are no downgrades available. If our pricing no longer fits your budget, you may cancel your subscription.
Before canceling, we strongly recommend exporting your data using our CSV export feature. After your subscription ends, you will have 90 days to reactivate and access your data before permanent deletion.
If you initiate a payment dispute with your bank:
Before disputing a payment with your bank, please contact our support team. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.
If you access N4D through a Consultant Partner, your subscription is managed by that Partner. In such cases:
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will provide at least 30 days' prior notice via email or in-app notification, consistent with our Terms of Service. Minor clarifications may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of N4D after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
